Backflush control valve of filter

Hydraulic control valve is the one which dedicated to full-auto backflush filter system. This kind of valve is driven by pipeline system pressure and can implement two position and three-way switch automatically to realize filter auto-backflush.It also features simple structure, high reliability and long stable without maintenance. Diaphragm actuated structure can change water direction in short drive, that is, shut down inlet when backflush port is open, and vice versa.Therefore filter overflowing which brings about clean water and waste water mixing can be avoided.

Typical application
Backflush valve is applied to auto-backflush filter system which has two paratactic filtered units at least. That is: during the process of backflush, clean water filtered by one filter unit becomes flush water for another filtered unit.

When hydraulic signal sent by controller is received, backflush valve shall change flow direction: shut down inlet, open outlet, clean water filtered by other filter unit enters this unit to flush, then flushed water is exhausted by drain outlet.
