How to handle the valve at the inlet and outlet of the filter that is prone to fouling

According to the user's response, when filtering the liquid containing Monosodium phosphate and Sodium fluoride, the DN100 ball valve at the inlet and outlet of the filter is easy to accumulate dirt. Under the condition that the filter element is replaced twice a week, the valve is still easy to structure, and it is difficult to open and close the valve in a short time.

The following information is specially compiled for this Sanjing valve:

The real reason for the easy generation of dirt at the outlet and inlet of the filter is that there is a dead angle between the valve core and valve seat of the ball valve, which is easy to deposit, which is why scaling and jamming are caused.

The filter valve is prone to scaling, and replacement of the valve can be considered. Consider using an adjustment cock for more stable performance, but at a slightly higher price.

The track plug valve (also known as the general valve) is suitable for cutting or connecting pipeline media in various working conditions such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries, with a nominal pressure of Class150-900LBS and a working temperature of -29-180 ℃.

1. The product has a reasonable structure, reliable sealing, excellent performance, and beautiful appearance.
2. Its sealing performance is achieved through the sealing rings around the valve disc. Unique dovetail groove protection and fixed sealing ring.
3. Bidirectional flow makes installation and use more convenient.
4. The material and flange size of the parts can be reasonably selected according to actual working conditions or user requirements to meet various engineering needs.

When the valve is fully open, the channel of the plug is aligned with the channel of the valve body, ensuring the ideal minimum pressure drop.

When the handwheel is turned, the plug will rotate in the direction of the valve, while driving the valve disc to rotate 90 degrees. When the handwheel is further turned, the plug will press down, causing the valve to open on both sides, and the valve disc will tightly press against the valve seat, causing the valve to close.

When the handwheel rotates in the opposite direction, first move the plug upwards to detach the valve disc from the valve seat. Continue to rotate the handwheel to drive the plug to rotate the valve disc 90 degrees. Finally, align the channel of the plug with the channel of the valve body, so that the valve is in a fully open state.

The advantage of this valve is that during the opening process, the valve disc and valve seat are in a detached state, and the opening and closing process is zero friction, which will not cause wear on the sealing surface. At the same time, the sealing adopts a soft seal, making the sealing zero leakage when closed.
