The fully automatic backwash filter overcomes the many shortcomings of traditional filtering products, such as low pollution capacity, easy blockage by dirt, the need to disassemble and clean the filtering part, and the inability to monitor the filter status. It has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element. Widely applied by various enterprises.

Fully automatic backwash filter, which can automatically clean and filter without any external energy source for operation and control, and automatically discharge pollutants. During backwashing, continuous flow occurs, and the cleaning and filtration cycle can be adjusted. The default cleaning and filtration time is 10-60/s. The water loss during cleaning and filtration only accounts for 0.08-0.6% of the filtered water volume; The filtration accuracy can reach 10-3000 microns; The working pressure can reach 1.0-1.6Mpa; Single unit flow rate: 4-4160m ³/ H.

The fully automatic backwash filter can be installed in any direction or position vertically, horizontally, or upside down, and can be used for water filtration in various industries such as industry, agriculture, municipal power, electronics, medicine, food, printing and dyeing, construction, steel, metallurgy, papermaking, etc.

The fully automatic backwash filter wastewater treatment device has high efficiency, strong stability, and simple operation, with many advantages: it can efficiently treat suspended and particulate matter in water, reduce turbidity, purify water quality, reduce the generation of system dirt, bacteria, algae, rust, etc. The treated water quality is superior to national standards; Investment is superior to traditional processes, with a small footprint; Low processing cost. operational principle

1. When water passes through the coarse filter of the filter and enters the fine filtration chamber, dirt gradually accumulates on the fine filtration screen to form a layer of filter cake. So a pressure difference is generated between the inside and outside of the fine mesh. When this pressure difference reaches a predetermined value, the backwash controller controls the hydraulic valve and hydraulic cylinder piston, and water flows out from the hydraulic motor chamber through the hydraulic valve. When the hydraulic valve is opened, the pressure inside the motor chamber, collector, and suction nozzle drops to a very low point. This creates a pressure gradient between the outer side of the fine mesh (clear water) and the inner side of the fine mesh (turbid water) opposite the suction nozzle. The recoil motion generated by this pressure ladder cleans the filter area opposite the suction nozzle. When water and dirt pass through the hydraulic motor, the collector will rotate, and the piston in the hydraulic cylinder is also driven to drive the collector to move axially. The axial movement and rotation of the suction nozzle enable it to sweep every part of the filter screen. It can clean the entire filter screen thoroughly. When the dirt on the filter screen is washed away, the pressure difference disappears. The flushing controller closes the hydraulic valve, and the piston returns to its original position. At this point, the entire system returns to its original position and waits for the next cleaning cycle.

2. Why backwashing can be automatic: As mentioned earlier, backwashing is achieved by opening the hydraulic valve and the action of the hydraulic cylinder piston, which are all controlled by the backwashing controller. The backwash controller can accurately control the hydraulic valve and cylinder based on the pressure difference transmitted from the inlet and outlet of the filter, and the power of the controller comes from the pressure of the pipeline itself.

3. During backwashing, uninterrupted water supply is provided, and the entire backwashing is achieved by cleaning every point of the filter through the suction nozzle. During backwashing, only a small local pressure change occurs between the suction nozzle and the fine filter screen, and the actions of the collector and hydraulic cylinder do not affect the normal water supply. At the same time, the water consumption during backwashing is very small. For example, a filter with a flow rate of 300m3/h. Its backwashing flow rate is 35-40m3/h, backwashing time is 7-15 seconds, and backwashing water volume is 80-160L.

4. The minimum filtration accuracy is 15 micrometers. The filtration performance of the automatic backwash filter is illustrated by the filtration characteristic curve of a 50 micrometer fine screen
